Good morning all,

I hope you all have been well. Recently I started seeing a psychiatrist due to my anxiety causing muscle tension on the left side of my shoulder and neck. Unfortunately due to this stress and anxiety & I have developed shingles. While I am grateful that it is not painful as others. I ask that you all pray for my peace & decreasing of my anxiety. I ask that you pray that Jesus removes the strongholds from my life that caused this stress, insecurity, and anxiety. I also ask that you all pray for me to not look towards the past and instead look towards the future
