I feel so scared and afraid and depressed and hopeless, haven't ever felt like this so deeply and for so long.... dealing with maybe PTSD I'm not sure. Every fear and lie won't leave my thoughts even though I said Jesus take my thoughts captive to You and take my family's captive to You too... I am overwhelmed with fear and disassociation or something I don't know but I don't feel good physically from it.... I have nausea and just feel like my reality is warped.....I think it's a sustained state of extreme stress now that I need Jesus to break off of me and my family in Jesus Name
