Greetings Zion Family!
Today has been a pretty hectic day; nonetheless, it’s always a Beautifully Blessed day being in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ, My Savior! I won’t complain as he continues to sustain! I want to come before National Prayer Day is over although EVERYDAY is National Prayer Day for me as our land severely needs healing and I cry out to the Lord to seeking his face to thank him for his daily grace!
My dear Brothers/Sisters…I digress because as the good book says “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint” (Isa. 40:31).”
I come before you with a humble Heart and sweet surrendering spirit asking that you please uplift my now (former) neighbor Heidi and her mother to the Lord as they were just evicted today. I just left them about 30 minutes ago to lend a hand as much as I could.
To be quite frank, I’m on Disability due to my a medical condition called FND and it affects my cognitive skills, speech and walk; therefore, I couldn’t do much but I just couldn’t bear to see them out there with their entire place just scrolled all along the sidewalk . My heart bleeds for them! I’m not far behind myself but I’m not claiming eviction in Jesus name as he will save his daughter! Hallelujah!!!
I just got my termination letter from my job stating that they could no longer hold my position as I’ve exhausted my Unpaid Leave, I’m on Long-Term Disability and I don’t know how long that will last, I’ve applied for State disability back on last June and it’s still in a pending status, I’m currently behind going on 2 months on my rent because my disability got interrupted and stopped back in February so put me in a serious financial hole trying to pay all my bills, my car has clunked out on me so I’m unable to get to some of my Doctors appointments w/Specialists (Praises to God that my PCP is literally 3-min drive from home) and probably a 12 min walk but I’m unable to walk due to dealing with Ataxia Gait. My ex-husband is currently incarcerated and has served 15 years so far for a crime he didn’t commit but unfortunately was an accessory. So, we still love one another but I’ve been praying for God to show mercy in the hands of his case, the judge, prosecutors, police and the jurors! No one deserves to be incarcerated for that extensive period for a crime not committed, his former lawyer basically defrauded him and the police lied on him. So, he’s also dealt with some egregious matters as it’s really sad to say but we live within an unjust and corrupt judicial system that wants to railroad our black men.
So, with all that being said, and all due respect, I just ask you uplift us all to Go as I’ll do the same for all! We need him!
