My prayer request is for myself and all of the other families with children at home who are struggling with keeping their home and their relationships in tact. Parents are either not working, working from home, or risking their health and their families' health by going to work everyday. On top of this, they're trying to keep their marriages intact, trying to guide their children through distance learning, coping with children who are acting out because they need more of their working parents or are just bored... just simply trying to maintain peace in the house and get through the day is a challenge for families right now.
.I also pray for Zion Church that they focus on and integrate strategies to meet families' emotional and spiritual needs in a personal way beyond online and social media. I pray for the ministry that is happening through small groups. I pray for the ministries that are calling families and members personally. I pray that the body of Zion, the members themselves, to to connect and minister to one another on their own. I pray for the chat groups to become phone calls and video conferences and the body to minister to itself. I pray for the Zion family to be covered.
My friend Kim's father, Isaiah Scott, is in his 70s, has multiple health issues, and is a recent amputee. He is currently in a nursing rehab center and was just diagnosed with COVID-19. Please pray for him, her, and everyone involved in his treatment.
I pray for my unborn grandchild who is due to arrive in June of this year. I pray that she is born safe and healthy.
I pray for everyone's prayer lives to grow. I pray that everyone starts and continues to build their relationships with Christ Jesus.
Please pray for the Felton family. Mr. Herman Felton lost his niece a few weeks ago due to Covid-19. He also just tested positive for Covid-19. His wife (Hattie) and son (Justin) also live with him are waiting for their test result.

God thank you first for my Zion family!! Thank you for Pastor Battle and First Lady Battle. I am forever grateful for everything they do as well as everyone who serves on the ministries. I ask for prayer/healing for me mentally, spiritually, and physically. I ask that you continue to watch over and keep my children, family members and all those connected to me, keep everyone healthy, safe and connected to GOD. I ask that you continue to touch those I lift up to you on a daily basis. I know that the bible says when two or more are gathered you will be in the midst so I place my prayers here for others to join me and keep me lifted. Lord if there is anything I missed please cover it and place it on the hearts of those praying for and with me. I also ask that you bless those who set this up for us and those who are praying with us. Amen...
As the Lord continues to bless me and my family, I ask that you stand in prayer with me lifting up all of those individuals and families that are struggling right now in this uncertain time—fighting mental and/or physical illnesses, separated from their family, serving on the frontlines, experiencing financial issues, hungry, addicted, teaching and learning at a distance, etc. We may not know their names or their faces, but they’re part of God’s church, so that makes them matter. I’ll add to this list, my husband (Larry) and uncle (Keith) who are in the high-risk category when it comes to COVID-19. They’re dialysis patients. Pray for their continued health and strength. And, my sister in Christ and accountability partner Tikia who went in for a routine OB appointment, not knowing God had a change of plans for her and her family.
Please pray for my family as we put my uncle in hospice care this week. He contracted COVID-19 a few weeks ago at a rehab facility and his kidneys and lungs are now in total failure. Pray for all that are suffering at this time.
I lost three loved ones this past weekend due to COVID-19. Please pray for strength for my family and healing for those still fighting the virus.
