I pray for my entire family's wisdom, health, strength and prosperity for this year and beyond. My husband and I wish to start building and completing our own house this year to raise our family. I am thankful for my mom for providing a shelter for us presently but we need to our own. I pray for my husband's finances and that he may get help with his depression when he feels that he is not contributing enough financially which sometimes puts a strain on our marriage. Let him find his purpose in life that he may be able to achieve his goals according to Your will Lord. I pray for other families that they too may receive God's blessings according to His will. Guide me though this process of fasting that I may remain consistent and at the end of it would be closer to God. These things I par in your name.. Amen!
My prayer request is that I gain peace and patience with things I don't understand and agree with. I want to stop displaying negative behavior and/or giving a negative/hurtful response when I feel disrespected, dishonored, lied on, mistreated, disregarded, etc. I will not match negative responses or situations, instead I will listen and remain calm and be very intentional with my responses when these situations occur. I want to learn to pray wholeheartedly for those who have hurt me. This is my prayer Lord. In Jesus' name. Amen.

I'm asking God to continue to cover my children. To be glorified by their gifts and talents and to blow our minds with His love and grace. I'm asking for more of His Peace and power. I'm asking Him to send the right people to bless my daughter's art journey and business and to show himself big in the lives of the younger children as they manage this changed approach to living and schooling. I'm asking for the acceptance and for my middle daughter's college education and focus and conviction for my youngest, my son, as a black man in America. That purpose, call and destiny will be fulfilled in each of our lives.
